Shrek and Books

Wah, it has been so long since I saw such a funny movie and it was very cute, not cheesy at all. I can't stand romance anymore. Well no... I still enjoy it, just that too much gets on my nerves now.

Same goes for books. I started two novels about 3 months ago, but can't seem to finish them (not even at half of the book). I guess, I've had enough of love affairs as the main theme. Soon will be a year since I first read 'Forbidden Love'. Few days ago, I went to the library to get 'Global Garden' #6 and.. next. However, they only had #6 left. Therefore, I was debating on if I should get the next tome of 'Forbidden Love'. Ah geez. I missed my bus because of that. Okay, actually, I went to get mangas because I was already missing my bus, so instead of waiting at the station, I decided to make a quick trip to the library...but because I was spending too much time wondering if I want to continue reading it... and ending up not buying 'Forbidden Love'; I missed my bus. Ah well, I got off at another station and walked back home. Uh, maybe because I tend to walk often recently, it's addicting and fun. What to do, after reading seven tomes of 'Forbidden Love', I chose to stop buying it. It has 12 tomes translated in french, but I think it will reach 18 tomes. All right, the drawings are pretty, but I can't stand their struggling anymore. As the story goes, it becomes too dramatic and unrealistic. Maybe one day, I'll go back to it when patience will come around.

Today, I went to get some other books... one that I have been curious about.. and wanted to read although it's pure generalization. One has a plot that I miss reading. And the last one well... I thought it was going to be a story, but it looks like a Grandpa who gives lessons about life. Um... still sounds interesting though.

Oh, I also have another book that I haven't finished yet too, that is 'Momo'. Oh right, a friend lends me her manga too but geez, I don't like the drawings. First Korean manga that I read and I already don't like it. I haven't finished the first tome yet and felt asleep on it... However, as I was browsering through the second tome, the story and drawings seem more acceptable.

Hehehe... this explains why I can't seem to finish the korean dramas I downloaded...too much romance and drama. TVB series are sometimes much better although the acting isn't as good.

And just another random fact...my bedroom STINKS!!!!!

Oh, and I'm not done. Something very frustrating happened today. I went to the bank before meeting up with Nancy for lunch... and while I was there, I asked them to take a look at my birthdate, because last time I tried to withdraw some money, they said that it was the wrong birthdate. I've called AcessD before and they said that they cannot change it through the phone so I must go to the bank. That's what I did. They said that they have the right birthdate...okay fine, so I just left after doing some other stuff. When I was in the shopping malls, I wanted to withdraw money and the machine asked for my birthdate. I entered it and it immediately said that it's wrong so the account is suspended.

WHAT THE HELL?!!?!?!?! Geez, so I called Desjardins...they told me to call AcessD...AcessD asked for the numbers on the card... but things went wrong so they asked for it again...but the phone ran out of space...so had to hung up to call again. Did this 2-3 times because when they asked for the pin, they said there was an error too. Umm... in the end, I managed to reach someone who told me to go to a bank nearby to get it activated back... We were about to miss the movie. We actually missed the movie at 14h30, but there was another show at 14h50. Good thing Nancy remembered there was a bank close to the movies. The girl there was very helpful...and things went back to normal...

Until some stupid machine asks for my birthdate again and I'll just...just...
